I have two or three locations
One voice across two or three locations
Every location covered, one voice. Consistent quality and coverage across properties without multiplying management effort.
One location is one website

- A plan per location
- One brand voice
The same service in two towns is not the same market
Each property needs its own local visibility, and marketing time spread across all of them produces an uneven voice and patchy coverage. So each property is onboarded on its own: the services it provides, and its own split between business and consumer buyers.
Research, the topical map and the plan are conditioned per property. Two branches of the same practice get different content plans, because their customer mixes are different. Customers run 1-3 websites, which is the range this is built for and confirmed against.
How onboarding conditions the runWhat holds the voice
3 virtual authors write for every location.
The personas are generated once per customer, not once per website, each with its own expertise and writing style. Topics change from town to town; the writing does not read like a different company each time. They are personas, and the site says so.
What multiplies, and what does not
Per website
- The 5 research passes and the topical map.
- Articles, images and the 7 derived formats.
- Daily publishing across the 40 platforms.
- Links built to the posts that need them, and the reporting.
Not per website
- The management effort. One dashboard covers the properties you run.
- The onboarding, which is repeated per property rather than reinvented for each one.
- One bill.
- The author voice, which stays constant across all of them.
What two or three locations cost
The ladder repeats per website with no volume discount, so two websites on all 4 services is $400 a month and 3 is $600, all per website, per month. There is no cross-location comparison view in the dashboard either; it is not built, and each property reports on its own posts.
Common questions
Can each location have different services selected?
Yes. Each website is its own subscription, so one location can run all four services while another runs distribution only.
Does the business-to-consumer split vary per location?
It is set per property, so yes. A branch serving mostly trade customers carries a different percentage from one serving walk-in consumers, and the content plans follow it.
How do the virtual authors work across locations?
3 authors are generated per customer rather than per website, and every property is written under them. That is what holds the voice steady while the topical maps differ.
Is there a dashboard view comparing all my locations?
No. A cross-location comparison view is not built. Each property reports on its own posts, its own backlink status and its own click-through.
What if one location offers services the others do not?
Then its content map says so. The services list is recorded per website, so a branch that also does emergency call-outs and a branch that does not produce different topics from the same account.
Onboard the first location, then the next
2 questions per property. The voice carries across; the plans do not have to.
