localberg.com is the marketing site you are reading, with no accounts and no forms. The panel is where accounts live: registration, sign in, setup, content and billing all happen there. Where the two differ, the page says which one it means.

What these terms cover
These terms cover two things: this marketing site, and the service you use at panel.localberg.com. Where a clause is about only one of them, it says so.
- This site is informational. It has no accounts, no sign-in and no forms.
- The service runs in the panel. Nothing described on this site creates an obligation until you subscribe there.
- Creating an account in the panel means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

Your account
You can create an account with an email address and a password, or with Google or Facebook. One email address is one account, and it signs in the way it was created.
Keep your sign-in to yourself. What is done through your account is your responsibility. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, that provider's own terms also apply to your account with them.
Give us true information about your business, and only information you are entitled to share.

The service and payment
You choose the services for each website in the panel, and the panel shows the price per website before you pay.
You pay by bank transfer to the PromptPay code the panel shows. A person confirms each transfer. Nothing is charged to you automatically.
Where a price on this site and a price in the panel differ, the panel governs.

Your content and your platform accounts
You own the content you paid for.
You allow us to publish it for you on the 44 platforms the service publishes to, through accounts that are created for you or connected with your existing credentials. The platforms have their own rules, and they apply to what is published there.

Intellectual property
The content of this site belongs to Localberg. Quoting short passages with attribution is welcome, including by answer engines; wholesale reproduction and automated scraping are not authorised.

Disclaimers
We make no revenue guarantee, no traffic floor and no guarantee about account bans. Where figures appear on this site they are averages drawn from our own data, presented as observations rather than as promises.
The platform count of 44 comes from an enumerated list and is asserted when the site is built, rather than rounded up for effect.

Limitation of liability
We accept no liability for business decisions made on the basis of the content published on this site.
The platforms we publish to are run by others. We are not liable for what they do, including changing their rules or removing content.

Closing your account, and changes
You can close your account at any time by writing to hello@localberg.com. What is deleted is set out in the privacy policy.
When these terms change, the revised version is posted here and the last-updated date above changes with it. There is no separate notification.
