I run the business myself

Marketing on autopilot when you are the marketing department

Two questions. Then it runs. A full content marketing function without hiring anyone or learning a tool, sized to how you actually make money.

Any tool with a learning curve gets abandoned

You own the business, so you are the marketing department by default. There is no time to learn a tool, no budget for a hire or a full agency retainer, and no way to hold a cadence by hand between jobs.

So the only questions we ask are the 2 that change the output, and both are about the business you already run. The split is a percentage rather than a switch, which proportions the content plan to where your revenue actually comes from.

  1. Question one

Which services does your business actually provide?

  2. Question two

How do your customers split between business and consumer buyers, as a percentage?

What happens in the weeks after

Set out step by step on the how it works page. In short, this is what runs without you.

  1. Week one

    Research and the plan

We research your market and hand you a content map you can edit before anything is written.

  2. Then

    Articles and images

One source article per topic with its images, inspected by hand before it goes anywhere.

  3. Daily

    Publishing

7 formats derived from that article, published across 40 platforms. The list is on content distribution.

  4. Weekly

    Your one look

Post links, backlink status and clicks, read the way you read a bank balance.

The two things that go wrong with a supplier

Silent failure is the real fear

Account bans were a real early failure. The system was reworked with retry queues and account rotation, and there have been no account bans since. Monitoring runs continuously and alerts go to Discord and Telegram, so a stalled account is found the same day rather than at the end of the month.

How monitoring works

Proof you can check yourself

Every published link, the backlink status of each post, and the clicks that followed. About ~30% of posts earn a citation unaided; links are built to the rest as a step in the pipeline rather than a phone call you have to make.

Link building and traffic measurement

How small you can start

Start with one service

One service is $59 a month per website, per month. Buy the part that hurts most and add the rest when it has earned it: if nothing is being written that is creation, if it is written and nobody sees it that is distribution, if it is seen and earns nothing that is link building. All 4 together come to $200.

Common questions

I have never done any marketing. Is that a problem?

No, because nothing here asks you to think like a marketer. The 2 onboarding questions ask which services your company actually provides and how your customers split between business and consumer buyers. You already know both answers.

My business is seasonal. Does the split handle that?

The percentage sets the balance rather than the calendar. Change it when your season changes and the next cycle conditions on the new figure, topics and platform mix included.

How much time does this take me per week?

One look at the dashboard, plus whatever you choose to spend at the 3 gates. Nothing is required day to day, and the cadence does not depend on you being free.

What happens if I never open the workspace again after onboarding?

The pipeline keeps running. Research, writing, hand inspection, publishing, link building and reporting all continue unattended, and the 3 gates stay there for the weeks you do want to change something.

I have one shop and one website. Is this sized for that?

Yes. Customers run 1-3 websites and the price is charged per website, so one website is the ordinary case rather than the smallest tier of something built for someone larger.

Start with one service at $59 a month per website, per month, and change the mix whenever you like.
