What this site sets
One cookie, and only when you choose a language with the switcher or with the language line at the top of a page. It is called lb_locale, holds the language code and nothing else, lasts a year, and is shared with the panel on localberg.com so both open in the language you chose. No session, no identifier, and nothing in browser storage.
The light or dark presentation comes from the preference your browser or device already holds. The site reads it as it paints and never writes it down, so there is no preference stored here to tell you about.

What the panel sets
The panel sets only what signing in needs, and nothing for advertising.
- One cookie that keeps you signed in. Your browser cannot read it with a script, and it holds an identifier, never your password.
- While a Google or Facebook sign in is under way, one more cookie for up to five minutes, which is removed when the sign in finishes.
- In your browser storage, the last page you opened, so signing in again takes you back there.

Analytics is the only third party that would set a cookie through this site or the panel, and it runs on an account separate from the product.

How to control all of this
Cookies are controlled from your browser settings, in the usual place for the browser you use. Blocking analytics has no effect on how either works. Blocking the panel sign-in cookie means you cannot stay signed in.
The light or dark presentation follows your browser or device setting, so changing it there changes it here. Deleting the language cookie only means the site opens in your browser's language again.
