Neither one covers the whole list, which is why both exist. The run takes about 5 minutes per website per day and nobody watches it happen.
What keeps it running
Account bans were a real early failure. The system was reworked with retry queues and account rotation, and there have been no account bans since. Ban monitoring runs continuously rather than on request, and alerts go to Discord and Telegram, so a stalled account is found the same day rather than at the end of the month.
Publishing is where the honest limit of this service sits: ~30% of posts earn a citation with no further work, and the rest stay published but unremarked until links are built to them.
